GOOD BOSS OR GOOD MATES

Are you a good judge of character?

During my lifetime in personal and professional terms I have learned a lot about what to do my learning a lot about what not to do.

Although all the component parts of experience go to make up a day, week, month, year, decades and scores, and time beyond, It is the way one learns to put together the component parts of life that make for awareness that is so important.

One of the things that can really get in the way of success is confusing personal and professional strands of life. During my time as an educator I have seen hundreds and hundreds of examples of people doing a lesser professional job than they should because of taking those in the workplace to heart as mates.

One of the things that always has helped me in judging character is separating the personal and professional from each other. I have never ever been mates with those not professionally laid and dissociate. To try and mix these two ingredients in the one approach to dealing with people can lead to both poor personal relationships And inferior leadership and management.

There is always a chance that the expectations that should be held of subordinates and work peers will be watered down and relaxed if work people are regarded as mates. That intern can lead to Chisholm is within the organisation because Some are treated one way and some in another.

Although it has been hard times to keep that separation, it has been to my god. I haven’t worry too much about being liked by people under my leadership, but I have been concerned to operate in a way that establishes their respect for me and mine for them.

Judging of character in a way that allows an accurate appreciation of people with her with her new one is associated is very important and something off and overlooked. It is an area that has been of interest and concern to me for the last five decades or more. I hope I’ve made correct Interpretations of character about others and also hope that I have revealed myself with character correctness to those with whom I have worked and associated.
