I could be wrong but it occurs to me that AI has no particular criteria for what might be considered strange or unusual in terms of what humans name their offspring except 1) accompanying commentary in which other humans declare a name to be strange or unusual; and 2) actual frequency of a name being given to children; ile., rank all known names according to frequency of use, sort by least often used to most often used, and the names at the top of the list must by inference be strange or unusual.
The examples AI chose are associated with more or less famous people, so there were no doubt articles published that referred to these names as unusual. Sawyer Storm does not seem all that strange to me. I personally have grandchildren named Sapphire Rain, Stormie Rose, and Rainbow Skye.
