is it possible to get to talk to a live person who is administering WordPress or is that totally not on.?

I feel like I am dealing with an issue that has been compounded by the fact that I’m whistling in the wind and appealing to something no more or less than ether.

Any ideas on how to contact a live person in WordPress Administration would be much appreciated.
