AT THE END OF EVERY DAY

Take time to consider the things that you have done well and to rejoice in your successes. It’s fine to consider things you may have done better and differently or tasks yet to be completed, but don’t forget to rejoice in success.

Think about things that those working with youHave done well and appreciate them for their contribution. Never forget to say “thank you” and let people know that you appreciate their efforts where they are doing things for your organisation. It can be so easy to share the brickbats but at times bouquets are reluctantly given.
