One of the blessings of living where we live in an ever more congested suburban Darwin in Australia’s Northern Territory, is the common across the road.
This peaceful and quiet are is also bountifully green during the wet season.
May this area always remain an undeveloped space.

At one stage the City Council wanted to sell this space to private developers. That was 20 years ago. We got wind of this at a local residents mounted a vigorous anti campaign. So the land has remained zoned as community purpose and recreation.
