They voted it down

 Gave Albo a blow

Albo saw red, 

“We will connive and turn it. 

To yes” he then said

 They have worked

 In a slow, devious way

 To overcome Australia

 Having  said nay

Bit by bit, 

They are sneaking  it in 

Until  ‘no’ becomes ‘yes’

And they have a win.
