Many, many words are spoken at Garma every year. Some of those are accentuated into promises of sorts which are partially fulfilled. But the larger percentage of those words are dissipated into the space beyond the stage never to be actioned.

Nevertheless, it is fashionable indeed expected that these words will be spoken.
