As an old man. looking into support and care to help me in terms of being a better carer for my wife, I am astounded and gobsmacked at the amount of money charged by providers for even the most minimal of care.

Old people who can support these charges are no longer thought of as Baby Boomers and the oldest Gen Xers: They are Cash Cows – usually moderate and prudent savers over the years – who are considered ripe for the picking.
