The book of Revelation in the New Testament. Its writing suggests to me that the endpoint of this world, as predicted in Revelation, has been there for the last 3 to 400 years. So much of what revelation prophesied about the end of the world has come to past but that ending seems to be to a point of long overdue.

I think a corollary needs to be added to Revelation to extend its endpoints a little so that it relates more to 2026 than it did to 1850.
