What’s something you used to worry about but don’t anymore?
When I turned 54 in 2000, there was some turning point on my aversion to and fear of dying. At that time, I stopped worrying about death. Now at the age of 80 I remain unworried. When I die, I die.
My wife has dementia and we accommodate that together. Should she pass before me, I would not care to live long past her farewell.
