Pinocchio went through trying times of tribulation but came out trumps. When he learned about the importance of establishing priorities and resetting values in a way that caused him to turn from being a rogue into a respectful character.

Pinocchio sets an example for us all to follow. An example that should be followed by managers of organisations, by leaders, by children, by adults, indeed by everybody.

Importantly, Pinocchio sets an example—or showed at least—that positive character traits are the best way forward. This is something that could be learned by all politicians.

Imagine how much better our political system would be. Imagine how much more respect we would have for our politicians if they were honest, open, and transparent in everything that they did. Suppose they owned up to misguided policies and apologised for errors. I learned to say sorry for inappropriate actions.

Pinocchio has something about his ultimate character from which we could all learn. If we modeled on the final Pinocchio, we would all be fine citizens.
